Claim Work Status

The Claim Work Status setup allows you to customize the statuses that can be assigned to a claim work.

To edit an appointment status:

  1. From the Misc. Setups window, select the Claim Work Status setup from the list on the left.
  2. Click Edit.
    The Type Records for Claim Work Status Attribute screen displays.
  3. Make your changes in the row of the status type you wish to edit. Your options are as follows:
    1. Edit the status description in the Description column.
    2. Delete the status by clicking the Delete button.
    3. Click Save.

    To add a claim work status:

    1. From the Misc. Setups window, select the Claim Work Status setup from the list on the left.
    2. Click the Edit button. At the bottom section, type a code in the Type field.
    3. Type the description in the Description field.
    4. Click the Add button.
    5. Click the Save button when complete.
