Update Claims - Rebilling
Keeping up with a patient’s insurance can be a challenge for dental practices. A
patient may choose to cancel or delete an insurance coverage any time, resulting in change
in billing. A practice can handle this change by clicking the 
icon in the
Dental Insurance section of the Patient
Overview window and performing the Remove Bill Order
action. This results in billing the patient for a procedure instead of the insurance
carrier.
