The Ledger window contains information about the claims raised for
a treatment plan. The Ledger entries are color-coded based on the practice
preferences.
You can update the information on the Ledger window by clicking on the
date hyperlink. The Edit Treatment window opens, allowing the user to
edit the clinical details of the treatment, the provider, date of service, and a fee.
Note: Total displays only for the Amount column when the
Show All view is selected, totals display for the Est.
Pat and Est. Ins columns and the
Amount column is not visible.
You can view the summary of the aging, balances, and payment plans at the bottom of the
window.
QSIDental Web’s Ledger provides a historical view of the transaction history of an account.
The date links display the details of the corresponding transaction.
The treatment information appears if the selected item is a treatment plan. The
claim window appears if the selected item is a claim, and the payment
details appear if the selected item is a payment.
When you hover over the Description field of any claim line item, the
Claim Details window displays additional claim information.
Note: The Claim History link appears in the
Description field only for submitted claims. You can click the
Claim History link to view the history of the selected claim.
This link is unavailable for rebilled claims.
