Weekly View of the Scheduler

You can access the weekly view of the Scheduler by selecting Views > Weekly View. The weekly view shows appointments for the entire week with each column representing a single operatory on a particular day.

Following are some notes on the behavior of the weekly view:

• You can display the weekly view by operatory or provider. When viewing by operatory, the calendar shows appointments for the operatory selected from the Operatories menu. When viewing by provider, the calendar shows appointments for all operatories in the currently selected office that are associated with the provider selected from the Providers menu.
• In the weekly view by provider, you can select the All Offices check box to view the provider's schedule across all offices with which he or she is associated.
• Like the daily view, the weekly view works in conjunction with the user and provider views. For example, if you select Weekly View while viewing the schedule for a specific provider, the Scheduler will show the weekly view for that provider only.
