Delete an Appointment

To delete an appointment:

  1. Locate the appointment in the Scheduler. See Find an Appointment for help.
  2. Select the desired appointment slot in the scheduler.
  3. Click the Delete icon on the toolbar.
  4. Click OK in the confirmation window.
    Note: Deleting an appointment removes all records for which the appointment existed. Deleted appointments do not appear on reports. To retain a record that the patient had an appointment for, but canceled, do not delete the appointment. Instead, select the Cancel Appointment option
