Audit Trail Report

The audit trail report provides a list of operations performed in QSIDental Web modules over a specific period.

You can access the audit trail report from the Management category of the Reports menu.

You can generate the audit trail report using the following data.

• Date Range. You can specify the period for which the audit is done. The date range cannot exceed one year.
• Type.You can select the actions performed in a specific module. The available options are ALL, Edit, Delete, Close Out, Reschedule Appt, and Cut/Copy - Paste Appt.
• Module Type. You can specify the QSIDental Web module for the audit trail. The available options are Appointments, Patient, Patient Referrals, Setup, Transactions, Treatment Plan, and ALL.
• User. You can generate the report for a specific user in an office or all users in an office.
• Patient. You can generate the report for a specific patient or all patients in an office.

In order to ensure maximum performance, the selected Start Date and End Date of the audit trail report cannot exceed one year.
