Medical Alerts and Questionnaires

You can create templates and move the offices from the default template to the new templates. Medical alerts and dental and medical questionnaires created under the new template are visible only to the office associated with the template.

Displaying Stop Date in Reports

You can associate an expiry date as a stop date for an insurance plan. All insurance plans with a stop date lesser than the current date will not be available to be associated with a patient. You can change the stop date in the Insurance Plan Setup window.

Claim History Link

• The claim history link is accessible for all Dental and Medical claims on the Account ledger window.
• Claim history notes on the Claim history window. You can only edit manual claim notes and not EDI history claim notes.

Filter Condition for Patient Appointment

You can filter appointments based on the criteria Today+, Canc, Miss, Resch, Kept, New Appt, and Acct Members Appt. The Appointments section on the Patient Overview window and Patient Info pane on Tooth Chart has filters enabling you to view specific appointment types. You can click the links to view the appointments based on the filters.

Claim Datatag

The Claim Datatag Setup window enables you to create and associate datatags to open Claims. You can sort or filter claims based on the associated datatag. You can identify the open claims based on the linked datatags. You can edit and delete a datatag on the Claim Datatag Setup window.
