2.4.3.0 (Fall 2016) Release

The following is a summary of new features and enhancements in QSIDental Web 2.4.3.0:

• For ERA users, Provider Adjustment details can now be linked to and unlinked from applicable claims and viewed in an "EOB like" format (18479).
• Enhanced the New Appointment patient search to include a search for family members of a patient (17223).
• Added the ability to filter data on the Incoming Referrals and Outgoing Referrals tabs by any of the grid columns (18247).
• Enhanced the claim attachment service so that it automatically acquires narrative text when required (16861).
• Added the ability to add or view notes for a specific insurance claim (12773).
• Added a new Appointment Status Attributes setup screen for customizing attributes for appointment confirmation codes (12776).
• Added appointment status history to the Details window that displays when the user hovers the pointer over an appointment in the scheduler (12777).
• A new feature that supports two way patient communication for appointment confirmations (17564).
• A new feature that allows the user to see a popup view of an insurance plan's details (17497).
• Enhanced the document scanning page to improve the performance of scanning and retrieving scanned documents (18237).
• Enhanced the User Access Report to allow for running against multiple offices (17421).

• Enhanced the Account Ledger report to include an option to print by Service Date order (14467).
