2.4.5.0 (Summer 2017) Release

The following is a summary of new features and enhancements in QSIDental Web 2.4.5.0:

New Features and Enhancements

• Added the ability to send an automated claim-status request to an insurance carrier (12786).
• Improved the management of office holidays by adding the ability to copy holidays to multiple offices (17133).
• Added the ability to generate patient recall cards and deliver reminders to patients via their preferred method of contact (19532).
• Improved the Online Patient Registration form for mobile and tablet users and added support for patient signatures (19192).
• Created an interface for posting patient payments from InstaMed (19534).
• Added the ability to send surveys to patients (19533).
• Improved the appearance of the Incoming External Referral screen (19541).
• Added the ability to resolve claims from the Unresolved Claims screen (18209).
• Added ability to unlink an EOB from a claim (18210).
• For ERA users, modified the data throughout the ERA screens to improve the user's ability to enter, view and report on PLB adjustments (18270).
• Created a verification step in the clinical note process to verify clinical notes have been reviewed (17059).
• Improved logic to match 835 claims during the import/upload process (18208).
• Added the Report Store's Daily Scorecard report to the Reports menu (19640).
• Added a new feature that allows users to manage worklists of open claims (19722).
• Added a new list view to the Scheduler that shows Appointment Status, Insurance Eligibility and other details (19721).
• Added a new feature for Task Scheduling (19538).
• Added the Report Store's Daily Flash Report to the Reports menu (19641).

Functionality Corrections

• For ERA users, the auto-posting performance has been improved to allow ERA payments to be autoposted during business hours (16448).
• Corrected the ability to delete unused entries in Miscellaneous Setup (20374).
