Patient Information Section

The Patient Information section houses basic demographic information about the patient, including name, address, contact information, medical alerts, emergency contact information and more. This section's main feature is the ability to edit the patient's information. To do so, click Edit.
Note: Click on the Referrals link, by default the Patient Referral window displays the Pat ID and Patient Name in the filters.
If a consent form that has been set in Form Tracking is not signed, then an exclamation mark appears next to the Patient Information title if the consent letter was addressed to the patient. Clicking on the exclamation mark opens the Patient Consent Letter(s) window. You can send consent letters to the patient by selecting the consent letters and clicking Email To Patient.
