Searching Patient Records

Depending on your system configuration, the Patient Search screen may appear as soon as you log in to QSIDental Web. You can also launch the system by selecting Patient Search from the Patient menu.

The top section of the screen displays the potential search fields, including name, birthdate, person or chart number and phone number. The list may also be filtered for a specific office. Any patients who meet the designated criteria will display in the middle section of the window.
