Members

The patient or patients associated under a single responsible party are called members. The association between these members smooths data entry, reduces duplication and adds clarity in posting. The individuals are still patients in their own right with their own records, but they are grouped under the umbrella of a single responsible party. Members are typically part of the same family, but it is not a requirement.
