Meaningful Use in QSIDental Web

The QSIDental Web Meaningful Use tool gives practices the ability to review and track the items required to attest for incentive payments. The Meaningful Use tool in QSIDental Web incorporates several modules and tools so that information for the different stages can be entered, viewed, stored, reported on, and retrieved.

Incorporating the Meaningful Use details into the record will require only a few modifications to the patient records process and workflow. Users will work within several modules in QSIDental Web to accomplish the patient related tasks over the course of the appointment. At the end of the day, the data is pushed out to the NextGen® Ambulatory Electronic Health Record where it is stored for reporting purposes.

Information collected includes some additional demographic information and information related to the specific visit with the patient -called an encounter.
