Emergency Contact Information

When adding a new patient or editing an existing one, you can enter emergency contact information in the Patient Information section.

Note: Emergency contact information is optional in QSIDental Web and must be enabled by an administrator.

Once this information is in the system, you can access it from the following locations:

  • For users with smaller screens, an Emergency Contact Info link appears on the Patient Info tab at the top of the Tooth Chart. Click this link to display the emergency contact information in a popup dialog.

  • For users with larger screens, the emergency contact information appears on the Patient Info tab to the right of the Tooth Chart.

  • An Emergency Contact Info link appears in the Add/Edit Appointment window when you are adding or editing an appointment in the scheduler. Click this link to display the emergency contact information in a popup window.
  • Emergency contact information appears on the Patient Overview screen.
