Chart Details
The Chart Details and the Tooth Chart tabs provide historical details of a paient's clinical relaionship with the practice.
Conditions and treatments are described in detail in the chart along with documents and
clinical notes.
Chart Details on the Tooth Chart or the Chart Details tabs include the following:
- Date of entry
- Office
- User
- Treatment ID
- Group (if applicable)
- Phase (if applicable)
- Provider
- Service Code
- Description
- Service restrictions (if applicable)
- Tooth
- Surface
- Type of entry
- Amount (Fees)
You can click on any planned or completed transaction to view the Chart Item
Detail window.
Note: To link or de-link a referral for the selected patient, click 
next to the
Referred By field. For more information see, Link or Delink Referrals
