Periodontal exam findings are entered into the patient's chart on the Perio
tab. Findings can be entered using the keyboard or mouse or through voice
recognition if that feature is set up. The provider may select the path prior to or during the
exam using the Perio Path dropdown at the bottom of the screen.
Alternately, the perio path can be set as a provider preference, along with the alert depth and other perio colors as part of the provider setup.
