Post-op Calls Tips and Tricks

Here are some things to note about the Post-Op Call Process:

  • Patient's names are not automatically removed from the Post-Op Report once calls are made. Consider running the report using a standard date pattern so that all clients are covered but not duplicated. For example, run the report for one or two days at a time.
  • To see the list of patients that received post-op calls, run the Special Transaction List Report located under Management Reports. Use the ... button to select the Post-op Code for the report.
