Post-Op Calls

Checking in with patients that have had complex procedures is a good practice. These post-op calls help to improve patient care and build strong relationships with patients. Within QSIDental Web, a practice can quickly locate the patients that need those calls and document both the call itself and the findings. Since clinicians are typically interested in this data, QSIDental recommends tracking and documenting post-op communication using the Clinical Chart module; however, the Patient Notes module may also be used for practices that have not implemented the enhanced clinical tools.
