Add a Provider

When you add a provider, the system will walk you through the six steps involved.

To create a new provider:

  1. From the Setup menu, select Providers > Provider Setup.
  2. Click Add New Provider.
  3. Complete the information for each of the six steps as appropriate using the following topics as a reference:
  4. Click Save.
