Charting Info (Add a User - Step 6 of 6)

This section of the user setup allows you to set defaults and enter information pertaining to working within the Tooth Chart module.

Following are descriptions of the fields on this window:

• Default Provider: Select the provider that will be associated with this user. The provider may be changed for individual payments or treatments.
• Default Palette: Select the default palette that will show for the user. If a default is not selected, the user must select a palette each time the chart is opened.
• Default Filter: Select the default filter that will be applied for the user. If a default is not selected, all items will display for the user.
• Default Toolbar: Select the user’s default toolbar.
• Use default provider’s palette/filter/toolbar: Selecting these check boxes will override the user’s selected palette/filter/toolbar when the assigned default provider is the provider for the service.
• Clinical User: When this option is selected, the Tooth Chart will open when the user selects a patient (as opposed to the Patient Overview). 
• Initial state of speech recognition: Select the state for speech recognition.
