Add a Medical Insurance Carrier

You can add medical insurance carriers on the Medical Insurance Carrier Setup screen.

Note: You can also add medical carriers when you are creating an insurance plan, as explained in Insurance Plan Setup.

To add a medical insurance carrier:

1. From the Setup menu, select Insurance > Medical Carriers.

   The Medical Insurance Carrier Setup screen displays.

2. Click Add New Carrier.

   The system displays a form that contains data fields for the new carrier.

   

3. Enter the requested information in these fields. For descriptions of the fields, see Insurance: Medical Carriers.
4. Click Save.
