Medical Setup

The Medical Setup options focus on capturing the patient’s medical and dental history and creating associated alerts. The medical setup applies across the enterprise and all offices.

Launch the Medical Setup window by selecting Medical Setup from the Setup menu. Like many other QSIDental Web setup tools, there are multiple options:

• Medical Alerts: Allergies and conditions that are critical alerts.
• Medical Questionnaire:  Information about the patient’s medical and family history.
• Dental Questionnaire: Information about the patient’s dental history.
