The Payment Plan section of the Patient Overview window summarizes payment plans associated with the patient. Included are brief plan details, such as amount financed, next payment and remaining payment information.
Plan Toggle
When the Payment Plan section is labeled "Regular Payment Plan Agreement," the summary of the regular plan is displayed. The View Ortho Plan button will switch the view to the ortho payment plan. When the section is labeled "Ortho Payment Plan Agreement," the summary of the orthodontic plan is displayed, and the View Regular Plan button will switch the view to the regular payment plan.
Payment Plan Details
You can click the Detail button to view the Payment Plan Details window, which gives more complete and complex details about the payment plans. If no plan is yet in place, you can create a new one from the details window.
