Move a Patient to a New (Self) Responsible Party

To move a patient to a New (Self) Responsible Party:

1. On the Move Patient window, select the Move patient [patient name] to a New (Self) Responsible Party radio button and click Next.
2. Verify the patient move information and click Confirm.
