Add a Clinical Note

To add a clinical note:

1. Select a tooth or teeth.
2. Click the Docs (Documents) icon.
3. Select Context Notes.

   

4. Type the note content as appropriate.
5. Click the Save button.

   

Once the note is saved, it becomes a permanent part of the chart and the patient's record.
