Check for Service Restrictions from the Patient Overview

1. Open the Patient Overview window by clicking the Pt Overview icon on the toolbar.
2. In the Dental Insurance or Medical Insurance section of the Patient Overview, click the plan ID of the insurance.

   

   The insurance plan details display in a popup window. The service restrictions on the plan are listed in the lower-right corner of the window.

   

3. Click Close to close the window.
