The sum of the Fee amount of the appointments which are scheduled prior to the current day and have been completed. |
Prior Day Unadjusted Production |
The sum of the amount from the ledger where ledger for completed appointments. |
MTD Unadjusted |
The sum of the amount from the ledger for the current month. |
Adjusted Production |
The sum of the amount from the ledger pay allocations for the current month. |
Month-To-Date Collections |
The sum of the amount from the ledger pay allocations for the transactions that are made in the current month through payment or insurance. |
30 Day Same Day Appts Made % |
The percentage of patient appointments where the transactions were carried out on the same day when the patient appointment had occurred in the 30 days prior to current date. |
30 Day Backdating % |
Patient appointments where the appointment dates were moved to backdate in 30 days prior to current date. |
Prior Day Scheduled vs Seen |
The number of appointments that were scheduled in last 30 days in comparison to number of patients that actually visited. |
Prior Day Diagnosed |
The sum of the fee amount of all the Treatment Plan that where diagnosed 7 days prior to the current date. |
Same Day Trx |
The sum of the fee amount of the transactions that are carried out on the same day as that of the diagnosis. |
Scheduled |
The sum of the fee amount of the treatment plan that are not carried out on the same day as that of diagnosis, but scheduled in future date. |
Acceptance % |
The Acceptance percentage value which is calculated by combining Same Day Treatment to Scheduled and dividing by Prior Day Diagnosed. |

Prior Day Canceled and Missed : |
The Patient ID, first and last name, type, next appt details for the patients who have canceled or missed an appointment in the prior 7 days. |
Prior Day Hygiene Patients No Future Appointment Made |
Patients that had appointments with the Hygienist in the past, but do not have any appointments scheduled in the future. |
Prior Day Missed Transactions : |
Patients who have canceled or Missed their appointments and their appointment date falls in the range between the current date - 7 days and the current date - 1 day. |
Birthdays - Recent and Upcoming |
Details of the Patients who have a birthday falling in the range of 5 days prior or post to their next appointment date. |
Today's Patients With Family Members That Need An Appointment |
Details of patients who have an appointment on the current date, and their family members also needs an appointment. |
Today's Patients With Outstanding Treatment Needs |
Patients who have outstanding treatment needs for the current day |
Today's Patients With Patient Share Credit Balances |
Details of the patients who have their credit balances less than or equal to -0.01 |
