QSIDental Web resembles many Windows-based programs, complete with menus and toolbars. The menus offer access to all the software's functions in easy to recognize categories. Simply click the menu to open a dropdown selection of items.
Many users prefer to access program functions using a toolbar since icons are both easy to quickly identify and remember and make it simple to access your most frequently used functions. The toolbar is just underneath the menu bar.
QSIDental Web allows the toolbar to be customized for a practice or specific login information. Though they may appear in a different order and some may be missing, following is a quick summary of the most common toolbar icons.

Patient Overview |
Opens the Patient Overview module for the currently selected patient |

Chart |
Opens the restorative Tooth Chart for the currently selected patient |

Perio |
Opens the enhanced Periodontal Chart for the currently selected patient |

Scheduler |
Launches the Scheduler (In Internet Explorer it opens in a separate browser window |

Patient Select |
Opens one patient search window (with Appointment options) Dropdown arrow displays the 10 most recently accessed patients |

Patient Information |
Opens the Patient Information screen for the currently selected patient |

Transaction Entry |
Opens the Transaction Entry screen for the responsible party associated with the currently selected patient |
|
Ledger |
Opens the Ledger screen for the responsible party associated with the currently selected patient |

Documents |
Add scanned or electronic documents to the currently selected patient |

Add Web Pt |
Add a patient from the online registration tool. The number indicates the number of patients to be added |

X-Ray |
Launch the X-Ray software for the currently selected patient |
