The Notes tab holds free-form notes. Patient information Notes are not related to the patient's treatment history or medical conditions. The typical notes are personal that build a rapport with the patient, such as the following:
To add notes to the Notes tab, click in the Notes field and begin typing. The note will be saved when you click OK.
