Document Revision History

To update the treatment plan, phase or order numbers:

1. Select the checkboxes beside the desired procedures.

   

2. Click Change IDs.
3. Enter the updated treatment plan ID, phase ID or order ID as desired.

   

4. Click Change.

Note: This tool can also be used to create a duplicate of the treatment plan using the Copy Plan button.
